So my mom was outside watering the plants in the backyard and she calls my name to come quick. When I see her she’s extremely frantic about something. So of course, I ask her what’s up? She points to a plant that she claims she planted two weeks ago and she ends up pointing at a small nest with two little eggs in them. We decided to come back later to see if the bird would come around, and it did. It was a hummingbird! :D

Haha, idk why I’m blogging this. It was an interesting way to start off my morning, I guess. But I’ll try and take a picture of it somehow and post it on here. I don’t have a camera. ;___;

This is the boy, Matthew Shepard. On October 7, 1998 Aaron McKinney and Russell Henderson lead him to a remote area east of Laramie where they demonstrated unimaginable acts of brutality . Matthew was tied to a split-rail fence where he was beaten and left to die in the cold of the night. Almost 18 hours later he was found by a cyclist who initially mistook him for a scarecrow. Matthew died on October 12 at 12:53 am at a hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. Murdered because he was gay.
